Overview
Super Admins can inactivate users, preventing them from logging in until reactivated. Inactivated users still appear in comments and activity records.
This article explains how to inactivate and activate users.
Inactivate a User
To inactivate a user, first find and open their profile.
Click Edit in the top right.
Scroll down and look for the Active box. Uncheck the box to make the user inactive. Click Save Changes to update the profile.
Activate a User
To activate a user, first find and open their profile.
Click Edit in the top right.
Scroll down and look for the Active box. Check the box to make the user active. Click Save Changes to update the profile.
