Overview
Super Admins can manage users across all charities in an organization. In this article, we’ll go over how to locate and view a user profile in an organization.
Find and View a User
In the Super Admin Dashboard, click Users in the right menu.
The Users page will open with a list of all the users in your organization. To locate a user, you can sort the list by any of the column values. Click a column title to sort by that value.
For example, click the Email column title to sort the users alphabetically by email address. The first time you click, users will be organized A-Z, clicking again will organize user emails Z-A.
Click the user name to open the user profile.
You can now see the user’s profile.
