Overview

Super Admins can delete charities from the system, but this action cannot be undone. To avoid losing all associated decedents, bequests, and files, consider marking the charity as Inactive instead. For more details, see the article Activate or Inactivate a Charity.

This article covers how to permanently remove a charity and its data.

Delete a Charity

To remove a charity, first find and open its profile. 

In the charity profile, click Delete in the top right. 

A confirmation window will open, click OK to permanently delete the charity.
