Overview

Super Admins can inactivate charities, preventing them from being used until reactivated. Inactivated admins still retain their existing records and statistics.

This article explains how to inactivate and activate charities.

Inactivate a Charity

To inactivate a charity, first find and open its profile. 

In the charity profile, click Edit Charity in the top right. 

Scroll down and look for the Active box. Uncheck the box to make the charity inactive. 

Click Save Changes to update the profile. 

Activate a Charity

To activate a user, first find and open its profile. 

In the charity profile, click Edit Charity in the top right. 

Scroll down and look for the Active box. Check the box to make the charity active. 

Click Save Changes to update the profile.
