Overview
If a conflict check needs to be done for a decedent, you can track it in the system.
In this article, we’ll go over how to mark a conflict check complete as well as how to edit the completion date.
Mark a Conflict Check Complete
First, find and open the desired decedent profile.
Look for the Conflict Check Done field towards the bottom right of the profile. Click Mark Complete.
The date the conflict check was marked complete will now fill the field.
If you need to choose a different date to mark the check complete, click Action in the top right of the profile and select Edit Decedent.
The Edit Decedent page will open. Click the calendar icon in the Conflict Check Done field and choose the desired date.
Make sure to click Update at the bottom to keep your changes.
Undo a Conflict Check Complete
If a conflict check was marked Complete by accident, you can remove the completion date.
First, find and open the desired decedent profile. Click Action in the top right of the profile and select Edit Decedent.
The Edit Decedent page will open. Scroll to the Conflict Check Done field and remove the mm/dd/yyyy values.
Click Update at the bottom to keep your changes.
On the decedent profile, the Conflict Check Done field will show Not Completed.
