Overview

Super Admins can log into any charity in their organization as an Admin user. In this article, we’ll go over how to log into a charity as an Admin. 

Log into a Charity

Click Super Admin Dashboard in the left menu to access a list of all charities. 

Scroll to find the desired charity. Click Log into Charity as Admin under the desired charity. 

Note: You can also click Log in to a Charity as an Admin from inside a charity profile. For information on finding and viewing a charity profile, see the article Find and View Charities. 

The charity will now open. You will be able to perform all actions of an Admin for that charity. For more information about Admin permissions, see the articles in the Admin section of the help center. To return to the Super User view, click Super Admin Dashboard in the left menu.
